I knew that the east coast gets winter earlier than us on the west, but i hoped i would miss the snow. Not the case. After two days of Vancouver style rain here in Toronto, it started to snow last night. I just hope people can make it to the show tonight. I guess we'll just have to see.

I'm back catching up with friends, going to open mic's, and passing out flyers for my show on Thursday at the Annex Wreck Room. If your around come on by, it will be a great night!

I've set up a YouTube account and will be putting up a WEEKLY COVER SONG! along with new songs, and acoustic versions of songs off "If a Moment Could Speak" I'm hoping for your help in coming up with new song to cover. New, old, it doesent matter. as long as it's a good song. I think it will be fun. so e-mail me with your sugestions.

So after spending 3 and a half month on the east coast I'm Coming home.

It's been an amazing trip filled with grand adventures, great new friends, and new inspiration.

I've booked a home coming show at Cafe Montmartre with Robert Wilson for the 6th of October. I'll be playing some new song and telling some stories from my trip.

Hope you can make it out because I've missed you all!

So as we all enjoy this crazy thing we call LIFE, we know it has its ups and downs.
Well I've found my self in one of those down time. It's all good I'll be fine. I've chosen to take a bit of time away from playing shows and worring about the business side of thing.
Hoping abit of a break will get my head back in a space where I can enjoy playing music the way I should.

Not going out east. very sad!

What a month to come.
Lots of shows, trip out east, moving!
I hope i make it through.

So I’ve finally come to the wisdom in my ripe old age that to be successful in almost any venture you need help, and to know when to ask for it. Well I’ve at the point where I feel I could use some help. Not so I can sit on my butt and get others to do the things I don’t like to do. But mostly because I’m wanting to work and hustle. I’m just finding that being a solo artist with little contacts out side of Vancouver leaves me passing my apartment feeling frustrated.

Ups and downs, questions of why, and then............
Then out of no where someone e-mails you from Georgia, telling you that love your music. Another person drives an hour and a half in the snow to see a show!
As much as I get frustrated with the business side of the music industry, it's so amazing to connect with people, and feel the support.
So to Harmony, Julie, and everyone who's encouraged me lately and in the past. I thank you.

All of a sudden I've just been asked to play about half a dozen shows in the next month! Crazy! See the calendar page to find out a bit more. Details will be added as info is confirmed.

So how have I been filling up my days? lots of reading, catching up on world politics, learning a bunch of new cover songs, and playing in two bands (Wes Walls Band, and the Delivery Boys)
Also I've been trying to go to more open mics to test out some songs and work on the whole performance thang!

Lots of things/plans happening this summer. I'm planning on going to Toronto In September. Very busy writing and playing shows, both Solo and with my side band The Delivery Boys. Oh a very cool event called Lissen "5" Is happening Thursday June 29th at Honey. www.lissen.ca. A cross of Music and Fashion. I'll be sporting gear from "Mother Trucker" should be a lot of fun. Well thats my bit for now. I should get out in the sun while I can.
